To be eligible for any commission offered by the Seller on properties listed by Carolina Roots Land Co, a cooperating broker must be identified at the time of the buyer’s initial inquiry and must be present at the initial showing. If these conditions are not met, payment of any cooperating broker commission will be at the sole discretion of Carolina Roots Land Co. Buyers are welcome to independently engage and compensate their own broker.
